- Talk to Rancher Bill.
- Visit Dead Man's Pass.
- To find Stoocie the cow, turn left after the initial bridge/gate. Follow the path southwest of the staircase to the gated section.
- Stoocie will automatically follow you once you have "found" her.
- Return to Rancher Bill for your reward.
