It's finally here!
zOMHalloween starts TODAY!
We're going to leave this event up for a while, so that you'll be able to enjoy it all next week...but it starts this Friday!
It's easily the best event we've done so far, so get ready! smile
New loot, new monsters, small new areas to explore, new equippable items, new badges, plus Trick-or-Treating! It's a Halloweenerific event!

Late-Breaking News: Creatures of the Night!
All of Gaia is in chaos during this Halloween season. Now the situation has gotten even worse as vampires and werewolves have been seen raging across the countryside each night.
Barton Town itself still seems secure. In fact, it's citizens are maintaining normality as strongly as they can, even keeping up the annual tradition of nightly trick-or-treating.
But outside, during each night, things are going bump in the night.
Mysterious portals are appearing all over and the creatures pour out of them, attacking anything that moves. The portals can be entered though and strong adventurer-types have pushed through to strike at the night creatures in their own Nests!
If you're able...if you have the strength and will to help defend us all against this evil...then rally together during the night and strike back!

Event Details!
Between the hours of 6pm and 6am GST (Gaia Standard Time), Mysterious Portals appear throughout the regions in the game.
Either vampires or werewolves will storm out of each one, and whatever comes out of the portal is also what occupies the Nest on the other side of that portal.
If you enter into a Nest, your Crew can join you there also. To get out of Nest, you'll need to clear each room, opening the chest within. Once all three rooms are cleared, another portal appears, taking you to the Null Chamber and letting you leave the Nest.
There are three new equippable recipes that utilize materials you can gain by either defeating the vampires and werewolves, or opening chests in the Nests, or by trick-or-treating in Barton Town.
The monsters are CL Capped in the above-ground areas, but if you enter a Nest, it is dynamically-scaled, so you can enter any of the Nests without suppressing, if you so desire.
NOTE: You can only find the Halloween-specific recipes within a night creature Nest.
So get out there and defend Gaia from the Creatures of the Night!
Trick-or-Treating in Barton Town
Each night (between 6pm and 6am GST), the pumpkins scattered around Barton Town will light up.
When they are lit, you can click them to get a trick or a treat. You can only get a trick or treat once per night per pumpkin....but you can do it all again each Gaia night.
So keep coming back! The prizes are great!
