- Spawns only when The Battle of Three Bridges quest is active, when crossing the right-hand bridge. Note: if not killed by the quester, the Doll Nexus may wander the area until it is destroyed.
- Only one can be spawned at a time.
- Looks exactly the same as the Kokeshi Collectibles.
- Supposedly, a Kokeshi Collectible counts as a kill for the Bridges quest.
- Says "Be a doll and stay there, will you? I'm a huge FAN!" when it spawns.
- It does not appear to be 'aged' or beaten from the lost battles with other Gaians.
